Orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered on the next day

We apologise for the inconvenience, but for now, orders placed on Saturday after 10:00am and on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Alcohol and tobacco we deliver 7 days a week for any orders placed until 2:00pm including Saturday and Sunday.

 

When you order from us we normally have a preparation time that allows us to process your order, personalise (where necessary), pick, pack and dispatch. Your order will be delivered on the same day, usually, it takes 2-3 hours depends on Zone. You will receive updates by email and by text message, when;

- Your order is fulfilled

- Your order has been collected and is in transit

- Your delivery is close by

- Your order has been delivered

During the Covid-19 lockdown, we will do our best to call you prior to delivery to confirm exactly how you would like your order to be delivered. We advise once you order with us to keep your mobile phone handy in case we need to update you.
