How do I place an order?

It is very easy to place an order in our store. Just go to a Category at the Home page, browse the products and put the items you are interested in in the shopping cart. The store has several filters, by category, country of production, brand, price. You can easily select a price range and also sort products alphabetically or by price.

Now we cover full Greater London area, and Minimum Order starting from £35 depends on zones.

Payment and Shipping


Our store offers several payment options. We accept most of the existing debit and credit cards, you can also pay with Paypal.

We deliver 7 days a week, from 9:00 to 23:00. We offer delivery the same day when order is placed, just make it before 2:00pm from Monday to Friday and before 10:00am on Saturday.  Also, you can contact our Customer Service to book the time slot that suits you.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but for now, FOOD orders placed from Saturday 10:00am to Sunday will be delivered on Monday. ALCOHOL orders we can deliver on Saturday and Sunday too.

Delivery is FREE of cost for all orders.
For orders less than Minimum Order (MO) for chosen Zone we take delivery fee to cover all expenses related to fulfil the order, but we prefer not to take orders less than MO.

Returns & Refunds

All our goods are exempt from being returned as they are perishable goods. This also includes, but is not limited to food, alcohol, tobacco and vape products as well as certain face masks or sterilised equipment.


For ease of clarity, a refund will only be granted if an item from delivery is:

  • Substituted and unwanted

  • Missing

  • Short in their ‘use by’ date (within 48 hours of delivery only)

  • Damaged
